my upper right wisdom tooth has come through and appears flat like the other molars so l assume its come through correctly. my lower left wisdom tooth has appeared and l thought it was fine but its only half poking out and now im worried coz its not inline with my other teeth on that side. its kind of more outwards sitting, towards my cheek.
my upper left gum is aching really bad today and its quite tender and looks like its full and the tooth is in there. and the back of my gum is sore to eat. is that normal for wisdom teeth coming through or does it mean its impacted?

will go see the dentist if it persist, dont really fancy having them out unless theyr majorly screwed up. altho that one on the bottom does seem to have undone all the good work that straightened my bottom front teeth :(

thanx for any .
these stupid useless wisdom teeth :(

If they have not broken through the gum properly, like your lower left, then that means it is impacted and you will need to get it out or it will just be infected all the time.

Go to the Dentist.
l had all my wisdom teeth out and it is really not sore (To get them out). l also waited for ages before going and had umpteen infections and my face all swelled up. l looked awful and it was really painful.

yes they will hurt even if theres nothing wrong as they are cutting thru the skin in the same way that a baby is teeth do. if ur worried or it persists ask yr dentist meanwhile u could rub yr gums with bonjela and take some painkillers.

It is not necessary to have any wisdom teeth out unless they cause persisting problems. Dental x-rays will show if any of your wisdom teeth are causing you any problems and your dentist would take it from there.

It does hurt when they come through and even when they are out until the settled! l would recommend getting them out!

They do hurt, however you ought to keep an eye on them as sometimes wisdom teeth can come through at odd angles and will have to be removed quickly.
