So I am getting train-tracks 2morrow and l really do not want them. l just wanna know does it hurt getting them in or a few days after? My friends said they could not eat for a few days is that true ? How long does it take getting them fitted? l think I will feel really self conscious about them. Can anyone please answer my questions !

Do not worry, & ur friend is exaggerating a bit.
They ache slightly after being fitted but they r not to bad.
The fitting of the train tracks is not all that bad, it does not hurt & the dentist person r really nice & gentle.
About the self conscious part, do not worry just think ur teeth will look nice & then u do not have to be self conscious ever again :]

Hey girl, l am in my forties and finally getting braces. Do not worry about feeling self-conscious - at least you're getting them when everyone else does! Believe me, it is better than going the rest of your life with ugly teeth!
