im lke forteen, andhave this huge cavity on my upper right hand molar
my friends mom checked it for me and told me l had nerves exposed
my ear, jaw and neck hurts sooooo bad from it.

in the nerves is exposed u can fill the cavity but before u have to treat ur nerve pul by removing the nerve from the tooth infected at the dental clinic and there is no choice expet that.

You more than likely have an infection. Infections in ur mouth can cause such pain in the ear, jaw & neck. You will probably need a Root Canal done since the nerves r exposed. l would go to ur Dentist & see if u can get some Antibiotics to cure the infection or else when they numb u with the shots.. u WILL feel it. You will take the Antibiotics for about a week & then u should be good to go back to the Dentist to get work done.

And no, Root Canals do not hurt when you're numbed up. If you're a high anxiety patient then I'd suggest going somewhere u can be sedated.
