l wanna know what the best way is to get my teeth white. Which one lasts longer? Do either of the processes work? My teeth are yellow from an enamuel problem(not from not brushing) and l can not get them to whiten at all. l have tried aqua trays, dentek whitening thing, crest white strips, crest night effects, etc. The trays worked at first but then they got yellow again. Not to mention all the things I've tried from the store burned like hell.

So l wanna get it done at the dentists. What treatment works longer and which is less painful? l do not care about price l just want my teeth white.
l have always brushed after l eat. That is not the problem.

bleaching last a more longer than laser l think but.i dont think bleaching is that healthier than laser lol

so did i! what l did was just start to brush after l ate anything! after 4 days they were sparkling white!!!

Why bother? Just take care of them as best as you can. Bleaching, laser treatments, etc. damage your teeth and make your enamel even WORSE.

Laser is better for sure. It does take longer to see results but they last longer than other bleaching.

However, the dentist may not offer you it if you have enamel problems.

l would recommend you using Oro-Mil mouthwash (pharmacies carry it) as well as Sensodyne Pro-Enamel toothpaste to strengthen your teeth.

laser, bleach tastes bad & really should not go in ur mouth. ur u could try the lowest cost alternative like the olden ppl do & make a paste w/ baking soda & water & brush w/ that & leave it on a couple a mins
