you should hav brushed your teeth, you can get dentastix or chew toys from local pet stores

put lemon on them :D

You can whiten with that powder that comes in a tin.If it is really bothering you.than off to the dentists & for £150 u can get the teeth bleached white,which last for several years & excellent results.

Cause can be diet,but it sounds like u r prematurely losing the chemical that keeps the teeth white.It usually happens from mid 40s onwards.Beer & ciggies r terrible as is too much sugar or acid type food ie curries,but dentist is best,pay up & u will get the girl

l started to whiten my teeth by brushing with just baking soda on a toothbrush and it worked but then l got lazy so l now picked up Listerine Quick Dissolving Strips, T H E Y W O R K ! ! ! !

So pick that up if ur lazy like me, if not, then go the cheap baking soda way. Your Choice. Good Luck!

use warm water on your tooth brush and dip the brush into baking soda then put it on your teeth. It tastes awful, so try not to get any on your tongue, but it will help reduce the yellowness.

crest white strips work great if you can afford the $35-$50 investment

stay away from tea and coffee.. it apparently stains your teeth very easily

get laser treatment on your teeth

lemon does work but it is not very good, the citric acid can erode your teeth. There is plenty of things you could get in the local pharmacy (pearl whitener etc) just ask what they would recommend.

Your supposed to brush your teeth 3 times a day, this is why your mommy nagged at you when you was younger about your teeth. You only get one set of REAL teeth so take care of them!! Now all l can tell you is to brush 3 times a day and use a good tooth paste(crest) also brush your gums! Make trips to the dentist asap. You can always trying whiting strips.

Pretty much home remedies r not that great for ur teeth. They break away ur enamel which if u want dentures by the age of 50, be my guest. It looks better than some peoples teeth..
But in all seriousness, just go spend the $300 & get it professionally done with dramatic results or spend $30 on some crest whitening strips that work pretty good.

FIRST CLEAN YOUR TEETH twice a day.Buy special toothpaste which can help you a little bit.

remember that yellow teeth are bad for ur teeth is health
it is special ''sand'' for clean teeth ,but l think that only dentist have it.
f you think about professional teeth bleaching , forget it!! it is really unhealthy for you're teeth.
