Yeah I am just thinking cuz you KNOW they scrape the end of the tube with the bristles just like you do and does not that transfer a whole mess of germs? Just got thinking about it this morning while brushing my teeth :D

Not really. l mean, you're all at half the same, genetically. And as long as no one has mono or anything it should be cool. Its not like anyone sucks on the end of the cap or anything. (unless you do, then, um...)

It is fine as long as the toothbrushes do not touch the opening of the tube when getting more paste.

if they scarp their toothbrushes on the tube then it is, because they're putting their dirty teeth germs on the tube. it could start growing as bacteria, and then everyone in your family would be sharing the same germy/bacteria mess.

Not at all gross. It is not like you put the toothpaste tube in your mouth. It does not even really touch your toothbrush. Now, if the whole family was sharing a toothbrush, I'd be seriously grossed out.

Not Really Gross IF everyone has their own toothBRUSH.

l try to keep my own cuz they never put the cap back on, and the toothpaste dries up and sucks to use that way

Yes u r transfering germs. But many people share it with their family. It is bad to do when 1 member of the family is sick because the rest of the family might get sick as well. If u share a tube l suggest that u rinse the end off before & after u use it. Squeeze a tiny bit out & rinse it down the sink. Then put ur brush there & put some on it. Then rinse it again & close the cap.

In my house l buy packs of toothpaste so that everyone gets there own tube. As soon as l explained to my mother that l didnt want to share germs, she thought it was a good idea. And we do not share toothpaste anymore. But if u can not afford to buy a pack of toothpaste then just do as l suggested above.

Remember to throw out ur toothbrush every 3 months AND throw it out after u have been sick (had the flu, a cold, etc) so u dont pass germs onto the tube & to yourself again.
