l just got my braces off and l have a considerable amount of decalcification around where the brackets were so does anybody know how to make it less noticable?
im considering bleaching and veneers
whats the best thing to do that works quickly?
do crest white strips work or any other brand of whitening strips?
im really in a depressed state about this because my teeth are beautifully straight and l cant smile at all so no sarcasm please.
and if you have something to tell me that l probably dont wanna hear, please be gentle

No Whitening..will make it worse by further eroding what u have.

If ur dentist does not carry it, u can get it on e-bay.
no milk allergy, lactose intolerant is ok
Use it up to 2 times a day, just spread it on, do not spit, or eat for 20 minutes or so..it WILL help!
Do not whiten until those spots fade..You will probably need to do it for 6 months or so..runs about $20 tube, u will need about a tube a month...
