MY SON HAS ONE AND HE WENT SWIMMIMNG WITH IT
AND IT STOPPED WORKING SO YOU MUST TAKE IT OFF

Hi. l have a cochlear implant. =)
Yes, u can swim if u had the surgery- no problem there. My ears do not even hurt when l swim.
But if u want to WEAR it, well, u could not unless u sealed the implant in a plastic bag on a higher volume setting since it is hard to transmit sounds through a bag, lol, then put it against ur head & put on a swim cap. Test in shower carefully first before u swim!! You can youtube ''swimming cochlear implants.'' =)
