l like white teeth but l have to agree that it is not much fun to do but the results are worth it. l do procrastinate too though.

There is a whitening called 'Sapphire' whitening from DenMat - ask your dentist for this. It works in as little as 3 minutes - 30 minutes per day. l tried it - because l did not believe it - and it was great!!
