hi last tuesday l got my wisdon tooth pulled l was having bad pain that kept me up all night so on that thursday l returnet to the dentist thinking l may have dry socket...i didnt..so she perscribed me tynol 3 and ibuprofen l only take the t3 before bed and the ibuprofent about 2times a day l have been taking this crap since wendesday cause the pain is still pritty bad!!!! is this normal to still have this pain? im kinda worried that l have been taking the pain killers sor almost a week now..that cant be to good for my body? hmmmm any info would be great thanks:)

perhaps you have something lodged in your holes back there? l know that after mine were pulled they felt better in about a week, and l have a high pain tolerance. Are you eating soft foods, no seeds, and all the other stuff your dentist told you about? If so l suggest calling him again and letting him know something is not right, and ask to be seen. You have to keep insisting something is not right so that he will listen to you. best of luck and feel better!

Wow, that sounds so similiar to the issues l had. l had pain for more than 2 weeks, only to find out that most of the pain was from nerve damage. l hope that your pain goes away. l would let them know again if this continues to cause you pain, especially down the side of your jaw or neck. Good luck!
