Mine came in slowly over years. They would hurt a for a couple days, and then be fine for a year. If you are in pain, let your dentist know, they will probably take them out. l have a small mouth, and probably needed them out years ago, but my dentist never mentioned it. If you want them out, ask. You dentist probably wo not care.
