there was once a time when l would get these once in a very blue moon never had em for about 4 or 5 years but recently l seem to get these more frequently like theyre here for 2 weeks or so then gone for about a month sometimes 2 months then another appears again sometimes 2 at a time l clean my teeth twice a day & listerene & stuff, what could be causing this any suggestions? many thanx

Do you mean cancer sores. If so they can be brought on by stress. They can also occur if you have a habit of chewing on pencils or other items, probably out of stress.

They are also helped by an amino acid found normally in your body called lysine.
There are lysine supplements you can take, or cottage cheese has lysine in it. Eating this can help.

Talking to a doctor could also help, but l would not make a special visit unless it persists.
