for the first time.. it was all good.. but now l feel like throwing up.. y is this happening,,. please help..

it probably has something to do with what you ate before you worked out

Worked out too hard, try eating.

U probably did too much-this is your 1st time-so do not over do things,start out slowly & work your way up.

Your body might be in shock from experiencing something different. You just put yourself through some type of stress because it did something new, and it was not use to it. You could of picked up a bug from the gym, it could be a number of things. If you ate a certain food/drink before working out it might not be settling to well. Did you take some type of vitamin supplement, anything out of the ordinary to make your body feel queasy??

Uh..maybe because you never worked out before.what did you expect to happen?

Also, you probably ate something before too soon. Make sure if you eat, eat at least an hour before.

If your workout consisted of mainly cardio, then you should reframe from eating too much until you are properly conditioned. I've never had a problem with eating something before l life weights.

Just make sure you work your way up to what you're doing and do things in a systematic fashion. Do not expect to run 5 miles and do 25 sets of a single muscle group without being properly trained.
