4 times a day, thats a tad crazy, try two.

it could be calsium defect, when your teeth have had lack of calsium.
its not really that bad, it perminate l think, and just makes the teeth a lil bit weaker, go see a dentist if ya want, or concerned. =].

There is two main reasons for 'white' spots on the teeth.

One being Plaque (tartar) on the tooth which MAY or MAY NOT come of the teeth with brushing. Plaque that is left on a tooth can sometimes calcify & the only way to get that removed is to visit ur dentist & have them clean it.
Plaque is one of the many variables that causes Tooth Decay, so do not just leave it, go & see a dentist.

The OTHER type of white spots on ur teeth:

These spots look like the calcium deposits that u sometimes get under ur fingernails, that seem to be not on the surface, but part of the tooth, & certainly do not come off with a good brush or floss (as some plaque will come off).

These 'spots' on the tooth (and these actually do look like little round 'spots'). r the early stages of Decay.

This stage of tooth decay is the first sign, & ur dentist will leave it. With good brushing & dental hygine the decay should not progress any further than this stage, but must always be checked by ur dentist at ur six monthly check ups.

Of course there is no real need to worry about these early signs but it should be enough to make u brush & floss & keep ur dental hygine in good check.

Do not let it progress, because if you've stopped or slowed the process now, u will have a lot less to deal with if it does lead to the tooth being damaged further.
