l just got springs & power chains on yesterday. They're KILLING me. What do l expect? What do they do?

Springs can do one of two things - open or close gaps, depending on what type they put in. Powerchains r used to pull teeth together & close gaps.
In terms of pain, the pain will go down from the powerchains in probably 2 days or so. the springs (from my own personal experience) might take a little longer.
l had springs on top & bottom for a while to create gaps, then l had & still have powerchains on the bottom. The powerchains r really easy to get used to in terms of pain, but EVERYTHING ON EARTH gets stuck in them when l eat :) The springs also had a similar problem, but with more pain that tended to last a bit longer. Actually, the pain with the springs would come & go & did not completely go away for me until they took them off.
