using plain mouthwash twice a day made my teeth look whiter, and there is also whitening mouthwash. Other than than you might want to get whitening trays/strips. Hope this helps.

cheap and easy - baking soda. just be sure not to scrub too hard with it as it is abrasive. it wo not give you that shiny gleam - but it will take away stains and make your teeth look white.
