What are my rights when l go back to complain?
l got both my front teeth replaced with crowns due to chipped/ cracked teeth.They do not match my other top teeth and it is very evident when l smile.l told him at the time that the one tooth is crooked and longer than the other one.He told me that it wasn't!l could not tell the teeth did not match in the office- they were not real concerned with my satisfaction before l left.Needless to say, l will never go back.l just hope l do not have to sue, or whatever, to get satisfaction.

Was this one single crown in the front? This is very hard to match only doing one tooth. What is it that u do not like about it? Shape, color? When the dentist put the crown in did u tell him u did not like it? Most of the time they will want to make u happy. The time to tell him was when they put it on, but if u did not tell him then, call the office back & tell them that now that u have been walking around with this tooth, & now u do not like it. See if they can replace it for u first. This has nothing to do with the ADA. If u have a complaint against a dentist, u would call the state dental board in ur state. But it would have to be a little worse that this to file a complaint. Please call the dentist back & be friendly about the situation & ask if he is willing to help u make this better. Being polite about it will get u more ahead than if u go in there threatening or complaining.
