Its on the bottom half of my mouth, under two of my front teeth. My mouth gets very dry, and last night, l fell asleep really early, so l did not have water be4 bed. l take care of my teeth, l brush, floss, and do Act Restoring mouthwash. It does not hurt at all.
My gums were not bleeding like crazy, just a little blood when l brushed my teeth. l know l made it sound worse.
l think it is gingivitis, earlier today, l was in denial, but I've got to face facts. Its very easy 2 get rid of. Another question, is it possible 4 it 2 arise overnight, l know plaque thrives in dryness, and as l said, my mouth was extremely dry. When l woke up, my teeth were extremely plaquey, although l went 2 bed squeeky clean, literally. In fact, the Act Restoring mouthwash tells u 2 not eat/drink 4 30min, so l did not even get water, (l was extremely exhausted,although l had no reason 2 b).Well, l guess I am one of the 90 percent.




Gotta go brush my teeth, l always do it around this time!

Gum disease is what usually causes bleeding.

l would'nt wory about it, it effects almost 90% of the world population. And its very common.

It can occur regardless of how well u look after ur teeth.

However, It is also possible brushing too hard will cause ur gums to recede & ultimately bleed.

l would recommend changing ur current tooth brush to a ''Wisdom/Jordan Click'' which is specifically designed so u do not brush too hard. Available from most retailers.

Give that a try, hope it helps.

if it is only in that one isolated area it may be that u brushed too hard or that u need to floss regularly. Also, regarding the previous post, gum disease is a serious issue that can effect u total well being. Gingivitis (red bleeding gums) is the first symptom, but is easily reversible with proper hygiene. Gum disease developes when the problem is ignored & tooth and/or bone loss is the result. Dry mouth is also an issue that can damage teeth & gums.look into ''Biotene'' at the store, designed to keep mouths moist, even through the night.good luck!
