My little brother can make the ''s'' sounds in the letters c,s, & x. His problem has to do with air constriction in hias nasal tract.

But l have a different problem which is more distracting. l cannot make the g, h, ch, j, tr, sh, etc. sounds. l went to a well known physician at the University of Michigan Dental School, and he diagnosed me with TMJ (temperomandibular joint disorder). He only diagnosed me with TMJ to help with my headaches and so forth. But l want my teeth to be fixed because l speak five different languages and l do not feel confident in any of them because my speech is restricted.

l am trying to find out my information (l do not want a diagnoses or am l here for one) but l wanna be informed and educated about the right thing. Sources and videos are welcome if they apply. Thank you very much. This problem really affects my self esteem and confidence, and it is time l get it surgically corrected.

By the way, l have had this my whole life, and my bite does not look abnormal. You can only notice it when l speak.
