my wisdom teeth have been coming through for about a year now and they were getting sore alot but today my cheek has swelled and l can hardly open my mouth it hurts so bad. ive taken pain killers and tried tcp but its still killing. l dont know what else to do l cant call my dentist till the morning and l doubt l will even get in tomorrow, the useless!

drink heavily and put some oragel from walmart on your teeth to numb the pain.

rinse out your mouth with warm salt water

U did not say ur age. If it is a wisdom tooth, it is inflamed and u can not hardly open ur mouth, u have a pericoronitis. Go see ur dentist to get a prescription for an antibiotic, a strong analgesic and muscle relaxant. Once u can open widely go back to have it extracted. Good luck
