l got my wisdom teeth pulled out 3 days ago and one of my stitches is coming out already! Is this normal should l be worried?
l do have the dissolving ones, l just think it is kind of early for them to be coming out.

Your mouth heals very quickly. Your dentist most likely used dissolving stitches. The stitches are probably coming out for a reason. You're most likely fine!

Yes, that happened to me! l had my wisdom teeth removed recently and had the dissolving stitches. About three days later, l felt a string in my mouth and it was one of the stitches. All four of them slowly fell out. It means your gums have healed enough so that the stitches were not needed anymore. That is supposed to happen. You will notice the others will fall out, too.
