| White bumps and patches in mouth, should I be worried |

For several months now l have been frequently getting small white bumps (they look like canker sores but do not hurt) on the sides of my tongue and occasionally larger white patches.Like today for example l woke up with white patches on the sides of my tongue and inside of my cheeks. Also l have developed slits on one side of my tongue that almost looks like it has been pressed against my teeth.None of this hurts, it just looks gross. In the past I've had oral candida that l had to take antibiotics for, but this is not nearly as overgrown as that was. Does anyone know what might be causing it or how to get rid of it?
